VoiceDrop brings the power of AI-driven ringless voicemails to your HubSpot workflows. This guide will walk you through the installation process and initial setup of VoiceDrop in your HubSpot account.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- A HubSpot account with admin access
- An active VoiceDrop account with a subscription
- All our subscription plans include access to the HubSpot app. Check our pricing plans
- A VoiceClone created in the VoiceDrop platform
- A Verified Phone Number in the VoiceDrop platform
If you’re missing any of these prerequisites, please set them up before proceeding with the installation.
Installation Steps
1. Access the HubSpot Marketplace
- Log in to your HubSpot account
- Navigate to the Marketplace by clicking on this link
- In the search bar, type “VoiceDrop” and press Enter
2. Install the VoiceDrop App
- Locate the VoiceDrop app in the search results
- Click on the app to view its details
- Click the “Install app” button
3. Authorize the Integration
- Review the permissions requested by VoiceDrop
- Click “Connect app” to authorize the integration with your HubSpot account
4. Connect Your VoiceDrop Account
- If you’re already logged into your VoiceDrop account in the same browser, the connection will be established automatically
- If you’re not logged in:
- Click “Log In” to connect your existing account
- Enter your VoiceDrop login credentials
5. Configure Voice Settings
- Voice Clone Setup:
- If you haven’t created a voice clone yet, go to the “Voice Clones” menu in the VoiceDrop platform
- Create a voice clone by either:
- Recording your own voice
- Uploading a voice sample
- Selecting one of the pre-existing voice clones
- Sender Phone Number:
- If you haven’t verified a sender phone number yet:
- Go to the phone number verification section in VoiceDrop
- Add a new phone number
- Verify it either via SMS or a phone call
- If you haven’t verified a sender phone number yet:
6. Verify Installation
- Return to your HubSpot account
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps
- Confirm that VoiceDrop is listed as a connected app
Using VoiceDrop in HubSpot Workflows
Now that VoiceDrop is installed, you can start using it in your workflows:
- Go to Automation > Workflows in HubSpot
- Create a new workflow or edit an existing one
- Click the ‘+’ button to add a new action
- In the actions menu, find and select either:
- “Send AI Ringless Voicemail” or
- “Send Pre-recorded Ringless Voicemail”
- Configure your voicemail action:
- For AI voicemails: Enter your script and select your voice clone
- For pre-recorded: Provide the URL of your MP3 file
- Set the sender and recipient phone numbers
- Save your workflow and activate it when ready

How to Uninstall VoiceDrop from HubSpot
If you need to disconnect VoiceDrop from your HubSpot account:
- Log in to your HubSpot account
- On the left bar menu, find the Data Management icon
- Click on the Integrations option
- Find VoiceDrop in the list of connected apps
- Click on the “Uninstall” button next to VoiceDrop
- Confirm the uninstall when prompted
Effects of Disconnecting or Uninstalling VoiceDrop
Before disconnecting or uninstalling VoiceDrop, please be aware of the following:
- Workflows: Any active workflows using VoiceDrop actions will stop functioning. You should review and update these workflows before uninstalling.
- Historical Data: Uninstalling will not delete any historical data in your HubSpot account related to past VoiceDrop actions.
- VoiceDrop Account: Your VoiceDrop account will remain active. To cancel your VoiceDrop subscription, you need to do so separately through the VoiceDrop platform.
- Reconnection: If you uninstall the app, you’ll need to go through the full installation process again to use VoiceDrop with HubSpot.
