Open the Dialer in a browser tab and start calling. A rep needs a computer with a microphone, and every call takes the same three steps.
Stop redialing numbers that will never pick up
Every call that doesn't connect comes back with a short reason, on screen and in the call log. Your reps know which numbers to try again and which to cross off.
If the phone network turns a call away instantly, the dialer quietly tries once more. Those retries are free and stay out of your call counts.

Reps sign in as themselves, each login can be on one call at a time, and every call in the log shows who made it.
You decide who sees what
Choose who can place calls, who sees only their own calls or the whole team's, and who can open Analytics. The Caller role can dial and see its own calls and stats, and nothing else.
Pay only for the people who call
You switch the dialer on person by person, so teammates who never make calls are not billed as callers.

The plan is billed monthly. Calls, recordings and numbers come out of a prepaid balance that you top up yourself or set to top up automatically.

For example, 1,000 minutes of connected calls cost about $16. The plan puts no money in your balance. Minutes are rounded up, with a 1 minute minimum, and a call can't run longer than your balance covers, or past 4 hours.
A cold calling dialer in your browser, with nothing to install
The dialer runs in a web browser, so there is nothing to download or install. Each rep needs a microphone. Calls go out from the numbers on your VoiceDrop account, and for now it calls US numbers only.
Getting consent, keeping to Do Not Call lists and calling within legal hours stay your responsibility. The dialer plays no recording announcement, and some states require everyone on a call to agree to it being recorded. Our calling hours calculator shows the calling window for each state.
