WAVV Dialer review the 2026 breakdown
WAVV is a web-based multi-line power dialer that lives inside CRMs like GoHighLevel and REDX - not a ringless voicemail service. Here is what it does well, what it verifiably costs, where it stops, and which tool fits which job.

What WAVV actually is
WAVV (WAVV Communications LLC, Orem, Utah, founded 2018 by Mark Leck, who also founded the real-estate lead platform REDX) sells a web-based power dialer that embeds directly inside CRMs - most visibly GoHighLevel, plus real-estate CRMs like REDX, Wise Agent, LionDesk, MoxiWorks and PropertyRadar. A rep opens a dialing session and WAVV dials up to three contacts simultaneously, connects the live answers, and can drop a pre-recorded voicemail on the lines that hit an answering machine.
One distinction matters more than any feature list: WAVV's voicemail feature is a voicemail drop during live dialing, not ringless voicemail. Per WAVV's own help center, the dialer must actually reach an answering machine during a call before a message can be left - and its answering-machine-skipping Answer Boost mode, in WAVV's own words, means the system "will attempt to skip" machines and leaves no voicemails at all. PropertyRadar's documentation for its embedded WAVV dialer says the same thing. Nothing happens unless a rep is actively dialing. If you want voicemail delivered to thousands of contacts with nobody on the line, that is a different category of tool - see our ringless voicemail guide for how that works.
WAVV plans and pricing (July 2026)
wavv.com's plans page loads its prices by script, so these figures were read from the pricing data behind WAVV's own checkout widget - exact vendor values, not third-party estimates.

Read July 31, 2026 from the pricing data behind wavv.com/plans. "Unlimited minutes" applies to computer audio; phone dial-in calling is capped at 7,500 minutes/user/month (a cap that also appears on WAVV's own HighLevel pricing page). Calling covers US, Canada and Mexico only. Confirm current numbers at checkout.
What WAVV really costs
A solo agent on Multi Line for a year
Annual billing is a genuine 30% discount, not the ~15% some third-party guides report - but it is prepaid.
- Month-to-month: 12 x $149 = $1,788 for the year
- Annual: $1,251.60 up front (~$104/mo) - saves $536.40
- The trade: you prepay the full year on a no-refund basis
A 5-seat team on Single Line
Team pricing is just automatic volume discounts on the same three plans - 5 seats lands in the 5% tier.
- Monthly: 5 x $94.05 = $470.25/mo (~$5,643/yr)
- Annual: about $3,861/yr for the same seats
- The "Team Basic/Pro/Elite" tiers some guides name match WAVV's 20+ seat discount prices - treat those tier names as unconfirmed
What the seat fee does not cover
WAVV's own FAQ: "WAVV does not do texting, but rather leverages your CRM's texting." The dialer fee buys dialing, nothing else.
- Every SMS is billed by your CRM (e.g. HighLevel/Twilio per-segment rates)
- A2P 10DLC registration for texting is your CRM's process and cost, not WAVV's
- Phone dial-in calling is capped at 7,500 min/user/month despite "unlimited"
What the reviews actually say
WAVV's third-party review footprint is thin for a 2018 company. As of July 2026: roughly 16 reviews on G2 (the count comes from search listings - G2 blocks direct reads, and reviews may be split across two separate WAVV listings), zero reviews on its Capterra listing, and a 3.7-star rating from just 11 ratings for the WAVV Mobile app on the Apple App Store. No Trustpilot or BBB profile was found. Treat every rating here as a small-sample signal, not a verdict.
The dated evidence, both directions. Praise: an App Store reviewer (July 2023) calls it "a game changer" for doing follow-up away from the computer, another (January 2023) says "it's like I have a separate business phone"; G2 snippets have users saying they reach roughly three times as many people and praising the embedded GoHighLevel setup. Complaints: G2 reviewers recurrently report outbound numbers still getting spam-flagged despite the Spam Protection feature; one describes the dialer continuing to fire while a client called back mid-session with no way to take the call; and an App Store review titled "This is not market ready" (visible July 2026) reports numbers not syncing, calls not recording, and constant errors in the mobile app.
Where WAVV genuinely shines
- True 3-line simultaneous power dialing embedded inside the CRM - no CSV exports, no second screen
- Voicemail drop while dialing, including auto-drops on background lines during multi-line sessions
- Built-in Spam Protection: dedicated caller-ID numbers registered with AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile, monitored and remediated
- Flat per-seat pricing, month-to-month terms, a real 30% annual discount, and a 7-day free trial
- A companion mobile app for dialing and call recording from your own device
- Proven embed model: the same dialer tech is white-labeled inside several real-estate CRMs
Common complaints and real limits
No native texting: WAVV's own FAQ says it does not do SMS and relies on your CRM's texting, so outreach beyond live calls means another tool and another bill (including your own A2P registration through the CRM).
G2 reviewers report numbers still get flagged as spam despite the Spam Protection feature, and one describes inbound callbacks going unanswerable during an active dialing session.
The "unlimited minutes" carry a documented cap: phone dial-in calling is limited to 7,500 minutes per user per month - a footnote that appears on WAVV's own HighLevel pricing page, not just in third-party guides.
No public self-serve API today - the developer docs are marked under construction and prior APIs were partner-only - no IVR, calling is US/Canada/Mexico only, and the mobile app sits at 3.7 stars from 11 ratings as of July 2026.
And the structural one: no ringless voicemail. A rep has to be dialing for a voicemail to be droppable, so campaign-scale voicemail without live calling is simply not what WAVV does.

Leaving WAVV (or trying it safely)
The commitment risk is low by category standards: plans are month-to-month with self-serve cancellation, and the 7-day trial means a real test costs nothing. The two things to plan around: annual prepay is the cheap option but is not refunded mid-term, and your WAVV caller-ID numbers are dedicated to your account - if your business depends on a number's carrier reputation, ask WAVV support about porting before you cancel rather than after.
If you are leaving because your motion changed from live dialing to leave-a-message-and-capture-callbacks, your call lists export from your CRM (they never lived in WAVV), so switching is mostly a matter of picking the new channel. That is the comparison below.
The verdict
WAVV is a good tool for the job it was built for: GoHighLevel agencies and real-estate or insurance prospecting teams whose reps sit down and make hundreds of live dials a day from inside their CRM. Multi-line dialing, in-CRM embedding, and managed caller-ID reputation are real, shipped strengths - and at $59/month entry ($41/month effective on annual billing) it undercuts most of this category, VoiceDrop included.
It is the wrong tool if your motion is leave-a-message-and-capture-the-callback rather than talk-to-humans-now.
