What you get

Everything you need to text a whole list is in one account.

Each name filled in

Put a first name or any column from your list into the text. Before it sends, you see the exact message and how many people get it.

Landlines skipped

Numbers that can't get a text are skipped automatically, so your texts only go to phones that can receive them.

One inbox for replies

Every reply lands in a shared two-way inbox, and your team answers from the browser.

Opt-outs handled

When someone replies STOP, or asks to be taken off in their own words, that number stops getting texts from all your campaigns.

10DLC registration in signup

Carrier registration for business texting is part of getting started, so you're not left to file it alone.

API and Zapier

Send from your own systems through the API, or connect your other tools through Zapier.

VoiceDrop's rate falls as the monthly plan grows, from $45 to $995. VoiceDrop and SimpleTexting pass carrier fees through on top.

Sending a mass text takes four steps.

Upload your list as a CSV, or add contacts in the app. Then write the text and drop in a first name or any other column, so each person gets a message with their own details.

Check it before it goes. The SMS character counter shows whether your text fits in one message (160 plain characters, or 70 if it has an emoji), and the SMS spam checker flags words carriers tend to filter.

The last screen shows the exact message and how many people will get it. Send, and replies start landing in your shared inbox, where anyone on your team can answer.

Want texts to follow up on their own? Drip campaigns send a series of messages over days, and the SMS platform page shows the inbox and campaign tools in full.

Marketing texts need each person's prior express written consent. Federal rules allow texts between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the recipient's time zone, and over 20 states set stricter hours, which the calling hours calculator checks for you.

People can opt out by replying STOP, quit, cancel or unsubscribe, or in their own words, and you have 10 business days to honor it. VoiceDrop stops texting a number from all your campaigns the moment that reply comes in. More on the rules: TCPA compliance.
